rolled oats
you can use quick oats

self-raising flour

of additions
dried blueberries, dark chocolate chips, nuts, other dried fruits etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Cream together sugar and Nutelex.
Add in vanilla, salt and beat in 1 egg.
Sift in self-raising flour and add in oats and mix until combine.
Add in additions.
Scoop on large table spoon of biscuit dough on the lined baking paper 5cm apart (usually fit 6 biscuits on a tray).
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
