pecan, almond, walnut, hazelnuts, macadamias, chopped

flaxseeds ground

Instructions
Preheat oven to 100 degrees.
Place oil, honey and cinnamon in a pan.
Heat slowly until the honey melts.
Remove from the heat then stir in vanilla and when cool add egg white.
Then add oats nuts, flaxseeds in a large bowl and add honey mixture stir gentle to combine.
Add salt.
Place in oven for 1 and a half hours.
Turn oven off and keep granola in the oven overnight to get really crispy.
Once cool place in an airtight container.
Eat with yoghurt and berries.
