Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cup low fat milk or alternative milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender until smooth (around 1 minute)
    1 cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt, 2 cup low fat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds

Alternative Swaps

Vegan: Swap Greek yoghurt for coconut milk or almond milk yoghurt
