- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 cup low fat milk or alternative milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients into a blender until smooth (around 1 minute)
