Ingredients
  

  • Crispbread
  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 small handful Fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Optional: Any additional spices or masalas

Instructions
 

  • Crush the cornflakes into small pieces and set aside.
  • Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and coriander.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the chopped vegetables.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, and any additional spices to taste.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and add pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Stuff the mixture into crisp bread and enjoy a crunchy, nutritious snack!
