Ingredients
- Crispbread
- 1 cup Cornflakes
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 small handful Fresh coriander finely chopped
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Optional: Any additional spices or masalas
Instructions
- Crush the cornflakes into small pieces and set aside.
- Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and coriander.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the chopped vegetables.
- Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, and any additional spices to taste.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and add pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
