Soy Sauce Sausage Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack sausages any type of meat or meat free
  • 1/8 Cup Soy Sauce or to taste
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 hand full of spinach or whatever green leafy vegetable that’s in your fridge
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1-2 Tomatoes
  • 1 packet wraps to your preference
  • Grated Cheese to your preference
  • Mayo to your preference

Instructions
 

  • In a pan cook sausages like you would normally
  • Once fully cooked, take sausages off the heat and chop them up to 2mm pieces.
  • Put the sausages back in the frying pan with soy sauce.
  • Cook for 5 min
  • While sausages are cooking, prepare salad.
  • Chop to very small pieces tomato, red onion, and cucumber and combine in a bowl.
  • Prepare each wrap - I like to fry mine for a little bit but fresh works to.
  • Add a bit of salad, leafy green, cheese, mayo to each wrap
  • Finally, add the sausage mix to each wrap and roll it up and enjoy!
