Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 Green chilli
- 2 Brown Onion
- 100 grams chopped beans
- 100 grams chopped/diced carrots
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- 2 cups day-old cooked basmati rice
- 200 grams Mushroom
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1tsp
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
- Soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl add the chopped mushrooms, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala powder, sprinkle some water and mix them together.
- Add a little bit of oil to the pan and fry them on a medium flame, until crispy. Strain and set them aside.
- To the same pan, add ginger, garlic, green chili, and chopped spring onions and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Now add the veggies and toss them on a high flame for a few seconds.
- Add the cooked rice. Toss it till all the ingredients combine evenly.
- Add the sauces, salt, and black pepper powder and toss again.
- Finally, add the fried mushroom and toss it.
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with spring onions, and serve it hot.
