Peanut butter chocolate dates

Ingredients
- 9 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 90 grams dark melting chocolate
Instructions
- Un-pit dates and cut in half9 medjool dates
- With a knife spread roughly ½-¾ of a teaspoon of peanut butter2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Melt the dark chocolate chips either in the microwave for a minute (take out of the microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir) or melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water.90 grams dark melting chocolate
- Dip the dates into chocolate and transfer onto some aluminium foil
- Place the dates into the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set
