Master Class Inclusions

  • Participation in the masterclass, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from Tuesday 15 October to Thursday 17 March 2022 for one delegate

  • Discounted accommodation for each night of the masterclass

Exclusions

  • Accommodation costs ( a discounted accommodation rate and link to booking form is provided on the accommodation page)
  • Transport to and from Waurn Ponds Estate
  • Mini bar, room service and incidentals
  • Meal charges for in-room guests (breakfast, lunch, dinner and all other meals and beverages)
  • Accommodation charges where an additional room or additional bedding is required
  • Optional extras

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the program, the following fees and conditions will apply:

  • The registered participant may nominate a substitute delegate in their place in the program at no additional charge. To do so, both the registrant and the nominated substitute must provide written notification to [email protected] at least seven working days prior to the first day of the program.
  • The registered participant may alternatively cancel their registration in writing to [email protected] and pay the applicable cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received:

On or before 15 January 2022 (60 days prior to the first day of the program) will incur an administration fee of $120 including GST

Between 13 January 2021 and 15 February (between 60 and 28 days prior to the first day of the program) will incur a cost recovery fee of 50% of your total registration fee including GST

After 15 February 2022 (less than 28 days prior to the first day of the program) will incur a cost recovery fee of 100% of your total registration fee including GST.

COVID-19 information and cancellation policy

OCPH is committed to participant health and safety. We are dedicated to adhering to local, state and federal policies and restrictions – including those in relation to COVID-19.OCPH may be required to cancel a course at any time in order to adhere to any sudden changes in local restrictions. If participants are unable to attend due to a direct result of government restrictions in place due to COVID-19, they are able to transfer to another course in the same calendar year or request a refund. You are asked not to attend if you feel unwell.

Depending on current restrictions and regulations, it is anticipated that the following may be applicable to delegates attending in-person:

  • Guests will be asked to show proof of vaccination via the Service Victoria app upon arrival. Should any guests not be able to provide this, they will be asked to exit the building and the campus immediately
  • Maintaining 1.5 metre social distancing throughout the day
  • Sanitising regularly throughout the day (especially when changing rooms and before and after eating and drinking
  • Wearing of a fitted mask (dependent on local government regulations).
