The 7th International Conference on Sodium Batteries #ICNaB22 was hosted in Ulm. Dr Jenny Sun attended the conference and had the pleasure to present her work on sodium-ion batteries in advanced ionic liquid electrolytes. Lots of exciting news are from academia and industries with the development of the sodium-ion batteries, especially Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Natron Energy Faradion Limited ALTRIS P3. It was great to see the future of sodium-ion batteries with so many gigafactories in Europe.She also had the chance to visit Tiamat Energy, which is a sodium-ion batteries company in France, developing and manufacturing sodium-ion batteries for mobility and stationary energy storage. She also presented her work to the R&D team, and they had a great discussion afterwards.
