Mindfulness sessions: get in tune with your body, learn to breathe and manage your worries

As a university student, it’s not uncommon to sometimes feel stressed, tired or feel like things are out of balance. We’ve all had to adjust to new ways of doing things – new ways to study, work and connect with others. That’s why, more than ever, it’s important to find ways to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

Mindfulness can help you start to manage stress, improve your academic performance, strengthen relationships with others and boost self-esteem. Most importantly, practising mindfulness will encourage you to develop an attitude of friendliness, acceptance and curiosity.
