R U OK? Day (Thursday 14 September) is the national day of action reminding us all to reach out to those around us. It’s important to let your family, friends and peers know that you’re here, to really hear them.
Our Wellbeing Ambassadors will also be roving around each campus between 10am–1pm on Thursday 14 September for R U OK? Day, keen for a chat and with some freebies to hand out! They’ll be wearing bright yellow t‑shirts, so stop by where they’re stationed on your campus (below) to grab some free treats (*yum*), as well as some R U OK? Day merch that will get you thinking about how to have a conversation with someone you care about.

Plus, it’s not too late to strengthen your listening skills by registering for our R U OK? Day online trivia. Run by the Deakin Wellbeing Ambassadors, we’ll test your auditory knowledge via questions about music, natural sounds and much more!
