T2/S2 is here – and so is OFest!
Get ready to kick off the new study period with a week full of good vibes, thanks to the Deakin University Student Association (DUSA).
From Monday 29 June – Friday 10 July, OFest brings campus to life with a packed program of social events – think great food, music and plenty of chances to meet new people and settle into uni life.
There’s something for everyone, whether you’re up for a chilled catch-up or high-energy fun. Here’s what DUSA’s got lined up – don’t miss a moment!
Burwood
- Come & Try Sport: Various dates from Monday 29 June–Thursday 2 July
- DUSA Clubs Showcase: Monday 29 June and Tuesday 30 June, 11.30am–2pm
- LOW SENSORY CLUBS SHOWCASE (Sports Hall from 1.30–2pm)
The last 30 minutes of this event will be a low sensory experience in the sports hall to provide a calmer, less overwhelming experience. During this period the lights will be dimmed, walkways cleared and there will be lowered noise levels with no music and no MC. Fidget spinners and snacks will also be available. - Mixer and Trivia Night: Tuesday 30 June, 6–9pm

Waterfront
