Got a uni question? Student Central has the answer
If you ever have a question about study and uni life, the best way to get an answer quickly and easily is to access the Student Help Hub. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? No problem, you can submit an enquiry.
For course and enrolment advice, you can also book a one-on-one appointment with a Student Adviser. You do not need an appointment to order, or collect, your Deakin Card.
Chat with a Student Adviser

- your enrolment, study load, course rules and unit selection
- your STAR timetable
- academic transcripts and documentation
- applying for a review of your results or requesting exam feedback
- Deakin Card
- travel concessions
- fees and making payments
