There’s a whole lineup of activities happening across campus and online to help you recharge, connect and have a break from study. From creative sessions and chill spaces to free food and interactive activities, there’s something for everyone.

Your wellbeing, in your pocket
Uni life can be a lot – deadlines, work, social life, trying to stay on top of everything. The DeakinWELLBEING app is designed to support you through it all, with simple, practical tools you can use anytime, anywhere.
Built around five key areas of wellbeing, the app helps you take small, realistic steps to feel more balanced, focused and in control. Whether you’ve got five minutes between classes or need a reset after a long day, there’s something in there for you.
Here’s what you’ll find:
A personalised wellbeing check-in, with tailored tips and support based on how you’re feeling
A digital wellbeing coach to guide you and keep you motivated
Quick activities, videos and audio exercises to help with stress, sleep, focus and mood
A progress dashboard so you can track habits and see how far you’ve come
Monthly challenges and activities to keep things fresh and help you stay consistent
It’s not about doing everything perfectly – it’s about finding small things that work for you and building them into your routine over time.
