Keep your trimester organised with Deakin’s Outlook calendars
Keeping track of all your important uni dates is part of student life – but let’s be honest, it can get overwhelming. Enrolment dates, census dates, withdrawal deadlines, study periods, exams, graduation applications… it’s a lot.
To make life easier to track them all in one place, you can add Deakin’s key university calendars straight into your Microsoft Outlook.
Stay on top of your dates with Outlook
These calendars include university key dates, public holidays and the university shut down period and can integrate with your existing Outlook calendar. Making use of university calendars in Outlook has a range of benefits including:
- Convenience: See your university and study period dates in one place.
- Real-time updates: Changes to the academic calendar update automatically.
- Timetable overlay: Add your timetable directly into your Outlook calendar.
- Assessment and unit calendars: Overlay key dates from your unit sites, including assessment due dates.
- Personalised reminders: Set reminders for exams, census dates and important deadlines.
- Access anywhere: Check your calendar on any device where you use Outlook – on campus or on the go.
More than just remembering dates, this can help you stay organised, reduce last-minute stress and plan your trimester with confidence.
