Keep your trimester organised with Deakin’s Outlook calendars

Keeping track of all your important uni dates is part of student life – but let’s be honest, it can get overwhelming. Enrolment dates, census dates, withdrawal deadlines, study periods, exams, graduation applications… it’s a lot.

To make life easier to track them all in one place, you can add Deakin’s key university calendars straight into your Microsoft Outlook.

Stay on top of your dates with Outlook

These calendars include university key dates, public holidays and the university shut down period and can integrate with your existing Outlook calendar. Making use of university calendars in Outlook has a range of benefits including:

University calendars

You can choose the calendar that matches your course or study type:

Accessing Outlook

You can access your online Outlook Calendar via DeakinSync, (you’ll find it in the top navigation bar next to your email).

You can also download Microsoft Outlook, and other useful software, for free while enrolled at Deakin from the Microsoft 365 suite of apps.

If you prefer using your phone, you might like to download the Microsoft Outlook app on your Android or iOS device and link your Deakin account so your calendar and emails are always handy.

Not using the Outlook app? No problem. You can add your Deakin student email to your preferred email app (like IOS MailAndroid Mail and Windows Mail) so your Deakin emails sit alongside your personal inbox.

Adding university calendars to Outlook
