You’re in the final stretch of Trimester 2 – well done for making it this far! We know things can get pretty full-on with final assessments coming up, so it’s a great time to pause, take a breath and give yourself a bit of care. Even a short break can help you recharge and stay focused.
Whatever self care looks like for you, DUSA’s Self Care Week (Monday 8–Friday 12 September) is here to help. We’ve got a bunch of fun and relaxing events lined up to help you de-stress and reset before end-of-unit assessments kick in.
