Keen to play? Adaptive sport is coming to Deakin!
Ever wanted to get involved in sport but felt like the opportunities weren’t built with you in mind? DUSA Sport is starting something new — adaptive sport — and we’d love for you to be part of it.
Adaptive sport is all about making sure everyone can get out on the court, field or pitch, no matter your ability. They are designed to accommodate a wide range of disabilities, allowing individuals with physical, sensory or cognitive impairments to engage in sports and physical activities. In other words, it’s about making sure everyone has the chance to play. You don’t need any prior experience – just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!
We’re collecting expressions of interest right now, which means this is your chance to help shape what adaptive sport at Deakin looks like, because your input matters.
Ready to get involved?
This is your chance to let us know you’re keen, so fill out the form and join the start of something new.
