Looking for something fun to do during the study break? Enter the Recreate That Photo competition.
As part of Deakin’s 50th anniversary celebrations, the Library’s photo competition is an opportunity to release your creativity and add your own spin on these iconic Deakin images. So, grab your mates, choose a photo and get snapping.

How to enter
Choose one of the photos below to recreate, get your talent together, take your photo and complete the competition form. Entries close 11.59pm AEST on 26 May 2025.
Prizes
The winning entries will be judged on creativity and resemblance to the original photo. Winners must be able to collect their prize from the Warrnambool, Burwood, Waterfront or Waurn Ponds campus Library service desk. Prizes include gift vouchers and Deakin Library gift packs (total prize valued at $300)*. Refer to the Terms and Conditions (PDF) for more information.
