Welcome to the final weeks of Trimester 1! We know this is a busy time as you prepare for final assessments, but it’s just as important to take regular breaks and look after your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. A little time to recharge can make a big difference.
No matter what wellness means to you, join us during DUSA Self Care Week (Monday 5–Friday 9 May) to take a breather! We’ll be running a series of events to help you de-stress and refocus on your self care as we approach the end-of-unit assessment period.
