Thankfully, there are lots of opportunities for you to leverage your experiences and show employers what is unique about you when you apply for a Deakin Leadership Hallmark.
The Deakin Leadership Hallmark is designed to recognise your demonstrated skills and to give you an edge in the employment market. It is co-developed with industry and professional bodies to ensure that they reward capabilities that are highly valued in the workplace.
Any Deakin student can apply for a Deakin Leadership Hallmark, and recipients of the Leadership Hallmark receive a digital credential that can be shared through social media and on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
How to apply for a Deakin Leadership Hallmark
Applications are through the Deakin Leadership Hallmark website. It is highly recommended to attend the optional information sessions before completing your application. Applications must be submitted by Friday 15 August 2025.
- Session 1: Exploring the Deakin Leadership Hallmark – Tuesday 13 May, 11am–12pm. Register now
- Session 2: How to apply for the Deakin Leadership Hallmark – Wednesday 18 June, 12–1pm. Register now
- Session 3: Reflective Writing Workshop (for your application) – Tuesday 15 July, 11am–12pm. Register now
Each session will be held online via Zoom. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive the Zoom link and password to join the session at the designated time.
