Welcome to Trimester 3! As we begin the new study period, now is the perfect time to devote some loving care towards your mental and physical health while you also get more opportunities to unwind over the summer holidays.
To help you do this, DeakinACTIVE is currently running free meditation, pilates and yoga sessions online! Take some time out to stretch your body and relax your mind in between your study sessions:
