Are you an English as an additional language student? How did you go for the study period?
If you’re looking for ways to continue developing your English proficiency for your studies, we encourage you to join the free English language development intensive program available during the inter trimester break.
Developing Strategies for English Language Learners is designed for students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study. In this program, you’ll learn more about strategies you can use to develop your speaking, reading and writing in academic English while you complete your degree.
Developed by the Academic Support team, the program is delivered online and includes:
- online resources and activities till the end of 2024
- live Zoom seminar sessions
- receive feedback on your writing in individualised support with Language and Learning Advisers.
In these sessions, you’ll also be introduced to a range of academic support services available to you at Deakin.
