The Deakin Leadership Hallmark is designed to recognise your demonstrated skills and to give you an edge in the employment market. It is co-developed with industry and professional bodies to ensure that they reward capabilities that are highly valued in the workplace.
Any Deakin student can apply for a Deakin Leadership Hallmark, and recipients of the Leadership Hallmark receive a digital credential that can be shared through social media and on professional platforms like LinkedIn.

Join one of our online workshops to learn more about how the Deakin Leadership Hallmark recognises important skills and can provide you with an award to use as evidence of your achievements with employers.
We are holding Deakin Leadership Hallmark information sessions on the following dates:
- Session 1: Exploring the Deakin Leadership Hallmark – Tuesday 21 May, 12–1pm. Register now
- Session 2: How to apply for the Deakin Leadership Hallmark – Tuesday 18 June, 12.30–1.30pm. Register now
- Session 3: Writing Workshop for your application – Thursday 11 July, 12–1pm. Register now
