Build your skills with these Study Support sessions
A great way to prepare for the study period ahead is to visit Deakin’s UniStart site for undergraduates or Preparing to Succeed for postgraduates to learn how to hone your study skills.
Study Support are offering a range of online sessions to help you build your study skills. The workshops and resources are suitable for all new students and any student who would want a refresher on studying at university.
Study Support sessions
Here are some of the upcoming Study Support sessions you can register for and join online.
Pre-OWeek

- Tuesday 20 February, 10.30–11am and 5–5.30pm
- Wednesday 21 February, 10.30–11am (if all Tuesday sessions fill)

- Wednesday 28 February, 10.30–11am and 4–4.30pm
- Thursday 29 February, 10.30–11am (if all Wednesday sessions fill)
Postgraduate Essentials: Preparing for postgraduate studies
For postgraduate students.

Week 1
Starting your Honours thesis
For Honours students.

Improving English as an additional language
For undergraduate and postgraduate students.
