Waterfront Campus’s Communications Tower upgrade may impact mobile reception
There will be works to upgrade the Communications Tower at Waterfront Campus from Monday 18 December to Wednesday 31 January. During this time, you may experience intermittent mobile reception issues, but wi-fi will continue to be available as normal.
Some noise will be generated by the works, but we will take measures to reduce noise disruption as much as possible.
Making and receiving calls via wi-fi
If you encounter reception issues, we recommend making and receiving calls via wi-fi while you’re connected to eduroam. Once wi-fi calling is enabled, your device will automatically utilise the most stable option for making and receiving calls. Find out how to turn on wi-fi calling in this helpful IT Help article.
