We’re currently recruiting for Success Coaches to join the peer support team in 2024.
What are Success Coaches?
Success Coaches are experienced Deakin mentors who help online students in their first trimester of study, primarily assisting new students to navigate their way through Deakin’s services, understand strategies for successful online study and build relationships with other students and the University.
Success Coaches are casual paid positions with training provided. You will communicate with online students virtually through email and Zoom.

To apply you must be a current student who has completed at least two units of undergraduate or postgraduate study at Deakin by the commencement of Trimester 1 2024. You must also have a strong interest in helping students adjust to studying online at Deakin.
