Recharge between classes with DeakinACTIVE’s free online wellbeing sessions
Trimester 2 is flying by! As you start to look ahead to final assessments, it’s important that you also devote some time towards your mental and physical health.
To keep you feeling energised and set you up for a successful study period, DeakinACTIVE is running free meditation, pilates and yoga sessions online! It couldn’t be easier to stretch your body and relax your mind in between your study sessions – just add one or more of these classes to your weekly routine throughout September and October:
- Monday: Yoga, 12.15–1pm. Register now
- Tuesday: Meditation, 10.15–10.30am. Register now
- Wednesday: Pilates, 12.15–1pm. Register now
- Thursday: Meditation, 10.15–10.30am. Register now
