Spring has officially arrived and there’s no better time to get outdoors and get active! Take a look at what’s on at DeakinACTIVE in September and celebrate the return of warmer weather with our great offers. 

This month, we also focus on our collective wellbeing for Women’s Health Week (4–8 September) and R U OK? Day (14 September) so remember to prioritise your mental and physical health, stay mindful of how those around you are doing, and take some time out to relax and recharge. And if you’re in Burwood, make sure you don’t miss out on our Zumba extravaganza! 

Unleash your energy at our Burwood Zumba event

Group performing ZumbaGet your dancing shoes on and mark your calendars for DeakinACTIVE Burwood‘s Ultimate Zumba Dance Party, an energetic and exhilarating experience like no other! Zumba is a high-energy fitness program, inspired by Latin and international music, which is all about having a great time while you work up a serious sweat.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a complete newbie to Zumba, this event promises to be a fantastic opportunity to move, groove, and get fit in the most fun way possible! All are welcome but you must register to attend.
