Be your best in T2! Our online workshops will help develop your ‘successful mind’

Do you feel stress or anxiety? You’re not alone – recent studies have shown that 80% of uni students do. But there are ways to train your mind to overcome these challenges, successfully navigate uni life and move from good to great.

Join us for The Successful Mind in Study, Work and Life, developed by international thought leader and high-performance coach Professor Michael E. Bernard. In a series of free online workshops, we’ll focus on four of the 10 elements of this program: growth mindset, resilience, self-acceptance and GRIT.

Running throughout Trimester 2, the workshops are delivered by staff from the Faculty of Business and Law but are open to all students. You can attend all or some of the sessions:

Why you should give it a go!

Students who’ve explored these topics in previous trimesters have enjoyed learning the content and implementing the practical advice into their daily lives. They’ve also become less stressed about their studies and other commitments.
