Are you a confident communicator who can provide awesome customer service? We have the role for you!
We’re looking for casual Student Ambassadors to work in our call centre. You’ll chat to prospective students via phone, email and live chat, answering their questions and endorsing Deakin as the place to be! You’ll provide helpful course information, promote recruitment events and help to convert enquiries into enrolments.
You’ll also maintain accurate records in our database, while adhering to privacy policies and relevant legislation.
How it works
You’ll be employed on a casual basis at the Prospective Students Enquiries Centre, located at our Burwood Campus, and will need to be available two days per week, with more hours possible during peak times.

Who we’re looking for
You’ve got great interpersonal skills and work well in a team. You may have experience in a sales-focused customer service role, you’re organised and you work well in a deadline-driven environment. You’ll also need a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) or be able to organise and pay to obtain one before you start.
