Having issues with wi-fi on campus? Here’s how you can stay connected to eduroam
You probably use Deakin’s wi-fi network – called eduroam – whenever you come to campus.
If you’ve been having any issues accessing or staying connected to our wi-fi network, here’s what you should do.
- In the first instance, check out our instructions for connecting to Deakin’s wi-fi.
- If you’ve previously connected to eduroam but are having problems, you may need to ‘forget’ eduroam and reconnect, or ‘accept’ our latest updated certificate.
- With so many different devices out there, you may also need to reconfigure your internet connection or delete your old profile – just follow these step-by-step connection instructions or see our wi-fi troubleshooting guide.
