Help us improve the Current students website – and score a $60 gift card!
The Current students website is home to lots of crucial information to help you succeed at your studies – from enrolment, results and important dates to resources like the Deakin guide to referencing and essential details about uni life.
We want to make this website as user-friendly and student-focused as possible, and are keen to learn how you use it to access information and complete tasks.
That’s why we’re asking for you to participate in two short feedback sessions about your experiences on the Current students website.
To say thanks for your feedback, anyone who completes both sessions will receive a $60 pre-paid Visa gift card.
What’s involved
You’ll attend two 30-minute Zoom sessions, undertaking one card sort and one tree test to help us evaluate how easy it is to find topics on the website. We want to know what works and doesn’t work for you, including:
- How do you locate the tasks you are trying to complete?
- How do you find the information you are searching for?
- How helpful is the site navigation?
- Do you use the site search?
The two workshops will be conducted using an online survey tool. However, if this format doesn’t suit you because you have a visual impairment or any other issue that makes participation difficult, please let us know – we’ll make an alternative arrangement that suits you.
