Experience the world of finance with this paid three-week work experience program

If you’re curious about a career in finance, the Talaria Student Work Experience Program is a paid three-week internship in Melbourne’s CBD. It’s a chance for university students to get a taste of what it’s like working in funds management.

What’s on offer?

This work experience program runs from 27 June until 15 July. You’ll work at Talaria, an asset management company with the stated goal of helping ‘people and communities enjoy a more certain financial future’.

During the program, you’ll take part in day-to-day activities and business projects with Talaria’s Investment and Marketing & Distribution teams. You’ll receive a mentor, learn from senior business leaders, as well as develop technical and soft skills.

Who’s eligible?

Students from all academic backgrounds are welcome and you don’t need any previous experience in finance. Reasonable adjustments are available to meet your needs and help you make the most of your experience.

To apply you must be enrolled in an Australian university degree with more than one year of study left, have full working rights in Australia and be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
