A quick ‘legal health check’ could save you money and stress – here’s what to do
We all know how important it is to stay physically healthy by eating well, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep. But how much effort do you put into maintaining your ‘legal health’?
Life can sometimes throw up curve balls that cause stress and worry – often through no fault of your own. For example:
- Are you having trouble getting your landlord to make household repairs?
- Do you have any unpaid fines?
- Is your employer treating you unfairly at work?
These kinds of issues can really start to weigh you down but they’re often hard to address on your own. Understanding your rights and knowing where to go for help can relieve the emotional burden and save you lots of time, money and stress.
That’s why we encourage you to do this quick legal health check – it will only take a few minutes (and it’s also a perfect excuse to grab a coffee!).
If you tick YES to one or more of the questions, don’t worry – help is here!
