Study abroad and earn two Masters degrees with Deakin’s unique Dual Award Program

Are you pondering postgraduate study but dreaming of venturing overseas after another year beset by COVID lockdowns? Can’t decide which option to choose?

Lucky for you, you can do both at the same time! Deakin is now accepting expressions of interest for 2022 entry into the internationally-recognised Dual Award Program.

If you’re interested in the dual award Masters program and have an undergraduate degree in studies of history, geography, archaeology, art history, architecture, planning, cultural studies, or sociology, we’d love to hear from you.

This unique postgraduate opportunity allows you to combine Master of Cultural Heritage & Museum Studies at Deakin University in Australia with overseas studies in the World Heritage Masters program at the Brandenburg Technical University (BTU) in Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany.

Does this sound amazing? Apply now!

To submit your application:

  1. Send your CV and an Expression of Interest letter via email to Associate Professor Steven Cooke at [email protected] by Monday 29 November 2021.
  2. Successful applicants will then be invited to apply to enrol in the Master of Cultural Heritage & Museum Studies (Professional). Entry requirements and selection criteria are detailed on the webpage.

Applicants will be informed of the outcomes by December 2021. Learn more about how to apply on the Dual Award Program website.
