Further your Health degree in 2022 with a virtual internship at a leading Indonesian organisation
How would you like to gain work experience with a leading international health organisation from the comfort of home?
Deakin Abroad and the Faculty of Health are now accepting applications for four-week online health internships within a range of private, not-for-profit and hospital-based organisations in Indonesia, commencing in January 2022.
What’s in it for me?
The ABROAD Health Virtual Internship Indonesia program is fully-funded for students who are eligible under the Australian Government’s New Colombo Plan, and you will gain academic credit towards your studies by participating.
A range of internship positions are available across public health, psychology and research settings. If your application is successful, you’ll work within a team at your selected organisation to take on a project with real-world challenges and deliverables, so you’ll have the chance to gain real experience for your CV that aligns with your area of study and career ambitions.
What’s the eligibility criteria?
Any student who is enrolled in an undergraduate Faculty of Health course can apply for this program.
The preferred Work Integrated Learning (WIL) unit for this program is HSH303 Health Practicum. Before you apply for this program, please check your eligibility to undertake the HSH303 Health Practicum in January–February 2022 with a Deakin Student Advisor.
