MOVEtember Challenge
To participate in this challenge, simply log 30,000 MOVEs throughout the month of September to go into the draw to win some Deakin dollars. If you’re one of the top three MOVErs, you’ll get your student card topped up with a cool $45!
SeptMEMBER Challenge
This members-only challenge will test your stamina – how many workouts can you squeeze into the month? The top three participants who complete the greatest number of workouts during September will go in the running to win the following membership discounts:
- First prize: a free month on your DeakinACTIVE membership
- Second and third prizes: a free fortnight on your DeakinACTIVE membership.
Clear your head between classes
Are you feeling a bit blah as we navigate another lockdown? Thankfully our friendly DeakinACTIVE trainers are here to walk you through some simple stretches and exercises you can do in just a few minutes at your desk, and will run free online meditation and yoga sessions on R U OK? Day on Thursday 9 September to help you maintain your overall health during these challenging times.
