Make friends and support your fellow students in the DUELI Buddy Program

Are you a domestic or international student who has completed at least one trimester of study at Deakin?

If so, we encourage you to join Deakin’s buddy program which connects current students with international students from the Deakin University English Language Institute (DUELI).

We’re currently seeking Local Buddies

By joining the DUELI Buddy Program as a Local Buddy, you’ll help DUELI students practice their English skills, make friends, join DUSA activities and develop peer networks with other Deakin students.

In this role you’ll not only make new friends and learn more about other cultures, it will allow you to develop a range of personal and professional skills that will benefit your studies and boost your employability once you’re ready to graduate.
