Relax and recharge before exams during DUSA Wellness Week (17–23 May)
How’s your study going? We know you’re all busy preparing for final assignments and exams right now, but remember it’s also really important that you’re taking frequent breaks to recharge and prioritise your wellbeing.
That’s why during DUSA Wellness Week (Monday 17 – Sunday 23 May), we’re running a series of events both online and on campus to help you de-stress, take a breather and re-focus on your self-care in the lead-up to the final assessment period.
Check out the full Wellness Week program on the DUSA website for details of fun activities you can join next week, and we look forward to seeing you at an event!

Generate some joy
Join this free one-hour online workshop comprising a combination of restorative yoga, guided meditation, breath work and self-appreciation exercises. This workshop will teach you how to engage your parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s ‘rest and restore’ system) to allow you to process and relieve any built-up stress. We’ll also go through some reflective joy and gratitude exercises so you’ll finish the session feeling calm, clear and content. Please note registrations are essential.
