Learn how to administer first aid and CPR in a DUSA short course

Did you know some employers require their employees to hold basic first aid certificates? Not only will first aid training look impressive on your resume, it could one day help you save a life.

Gain your first aid qualifications by completing a short course on campus this month. Whether you’re looking to complete Level 1 or Level 2 First Aid, or learn Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills, you can register now via the DUSA website or the specific links below.

Level 1 First Aid short course

The Level 1 First Aid course covers:

This certificate is highly regarded by many employers. Please note that if you plan to do the Level 2 First Aid you do not need to do the Level 1 first.

Enrol now to complete Level 1 First Aid at either Burwood (Monday 17 May), Waurn Ponds (Friday 21 May), or Warrnambool (Monday 31 May).

Level 2 First Aid short course

Complete your Level 2 First Aid training (HLTAID011 or HLTAID012) comprising:

Completion of a pre-course workbook is required. Please note you do not need to do Level 1 before this Level 2 course.

Enrol now to complete Level 2 First Aid at either Burwood (Monday 17 May), Waurn Ponds (Friday 21 May), or Warrnambool (Monday 31 May).

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) short course

This session covers CPR (HLTAID009) and CPR re-accreditation. This course will be delivered in a face-to-face classroom format. No pre-course reading is required for this course.

Please note if you are doing the Level 1 or Level 2 First Aid short courses, you do not need to do this individual session as CPR this is included in both the Level 1 and 2 courses.
