Thinking of joining a social club? Meet a range of DUSA clubs at our campus showcase events
Are you looking to make some new friends at Deakin this year?
Joining a club is one of the best ways you can meet people with similar interests and get involved in both online and face-to-face activities in 2021. DUSA, the Deakin University Student Association, hosts more than 120 student clubs and societies across our campuses which are based on a wide variety of interests, sports and demographics, so you’re sure to connect with some like-minded pals this way!
Come along to campus to meet our clubs
Join us at the DUSA Clubs Showcase at the Burwood and Waurn Ponds campuses to meet your clubs and find out how you can get involved!
With heaps of freebies and giveaways, live entertainment, free snacks and that DUSA buzz you’ve come to know and love on campus, you’ll have the opportunity to browse clubs from a range of areas including social sports, tech, music, movies, dance and more. It’s also your chance to meet existing club members who can answer any questions you may have, and find out more about what their club has to offer, why you should join, and events they hold throughout the year. And if you like what you hear, you might even wish to sign up for a club membership on the day!
Register now to attend
This is a free event but you must register your attendance below. We’ll be hosting more than 40 club stalls in Geelong and more than 70 club stalls in Burwood, so you’ll have heaps of clubs and societies to meet and consider – see you there!
