Need a break from the books? DUSA Wellness Week will help you recharge ahead of exams
How’s the study going? We know you’re all busy preparing for exams and final assignments right now, but among all your commitments, it’s vital that you take frequent breaks to recharge and prioritise your overall wellbeing.
That’s why during DUSA Wellness Week (Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October), we’re running a series of online events to help you de-stress, take a breather and re-focus in the lead-up to the final assessment period.
Check out the full Wellness Week program for details of fun activities you can join next week from the comfort of home. Registrations are essential for all events so secure your spot now and we’ll see you there!
