The beginning of Trimester 1 is an exciting time, but you’ll need to pace yourself to keep your stamina high up until exam time in June.

This program is designed to educate and help you implement healthy habits so you can boost your physical endurance and mental wellbeing. Working closely with an experienced personal trainer, you’ll learn how to create achievable goals and healthy habits, both in the gym and in the kitchen.
As part of the package, you’ll receive:
- a four-week Thrive Membership
- a four-week Healthy Habits Meal Plan
- four dietary fact sheets
- five 30-minute personal training sessions
- a 30-minute in-depth goals setting session
- weekly 10-minute accountability sessions
- two body scans
- a 30-minute in-depth review.
The package costs $159 for current DeakinACTIVE members and $199 for non-members.
