Kick off the new year at DUSA O’Camp!
Are you a new first-year student at Deakin?* Do you want to make some new friends and start 2020 with a bang?
O’Camp (Orientation Camp) is a jam-packed weekend away in regional Victoria, full of outdoor-adventure activities, social opportunities and fun.
You and your O’Camp buddies will embark on the epic Summit Challenge – working in teams, you’ll slip, slide, duck and weave, navigating 34 obstacles over this exciting, treacherous 5km course.
There’ll also be the famous colour powder fight and glow party! You can see all the fun that happened during the 2019 O’Camp here.
It’s the best place to make new friends and get your first year at uni off to a great start! You’ll meet other first-year Deakin students, who are just as nervous and excited as you, and forge friendships that will see you through your time at Deakin.
When: Friday 21 February to Sunday 23 February 2020
Where: The Summit, Trafalgar East, a picturesque outdoor adventure park and camp
