Deakin University are proud to support one of the newest teams in the Australian Baseball League, Geelong-Korea, who have just won their first ever series against the Sydney Blue Sox.
The Geelong-Korea team is currently living in Deakin’s Brougham House student accommodation at the Waterfront Campus, and this season are managed by two-time World Series champion Graeme Lloyd.

To celebrate this exciting partnership, free tickets to Geelong-Korea’s upcoming home games are available (limit one ticket per person on presentation of your Deakin Card).
As tickets are limited, please:
- check the full details of Geelong-Korea’s home game schedule online*, so you can choose which date you’d like to attend, and
- contact Stephen Simpson via email or Skype to check tickets are still available for your preferred home game, and to arrange ticket pickup.
Upon confirming ticket availability, Geelong-based students are welcome to pick up their tickets in person from Waterfront Student Central, or you can discuss alternative ticket distribution with Stephen if you are unable to attend Waterfront Campus before your nominated game.
*Tickets are available for multiple home games throughout the season from the following dates, and all games are played at the Geelong Baseball Centre (close to Waurn Ponds Campus):
- 5 to 8 December 2019
- 26 to 29 December 2019
- 9 to 12 January 2020
- 16 to 19 January 2020.
