This week is one of the most stressful of the year: it’s exams. No doubt you’re feeling anxious, tired and worn out.
We recommend taking some time out, just for you. For Mental Health Week, we’ve put together a mindfulness meditation recording focusing on the breath that’s quick, easy and deeply relaxing. If you’ve never tried meditation before, this is a great way to have a go and experience some immediate benefits.
So find a quiet, comfortable spot, pop in your headphones, follow the instructions and surrender to a wave of calm. The recording is specifically for students, and it will help you relax your mind and body, which is essential preparation if you’ve got an exam coming up.
