An evening of inspiration in health promotion

The School of Health and Social Development and The Deakin Health Promotion Society (DHPS) invite you to an evening of inspiration in health promotion.

This event will feature innovative thinkers, networking opportunities and refreshments. Catherine Darcy, Senior Health Promotion Officer at EACH, will present on the confronting and complex health issue of domestic violence prevention. There will also be practical workshops on gender equality and violence against women.

You’ll get the chance to meet alumni and industry professionals in the field of health promotion and build your knowledge and skills in a specialist area.

When: Wednesday 4 October 2017, 6.30­–8 pm (including formal proceedings and nibbles and drinks)

Where: Building BCC, Burwood Campus

Tickets: Free for DHPS members, $5 for DUSA members, $10 for non-DUSA members
