2017: A busy year of conferences and presentations

The CRADLE team – our Director Prof. David Boud, our Associate Director A/Prof. Phillip Dawson, Associate Professor of Research A/Prof. Margaret Bearman, Senior Research Fellow Dr Rola Ajjawi, and Research Fellow Dr Joanna Tai – travelled throughout Australia and to Canada, Chile, Finland, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US for a range of conferences, presentations, workshops and symposia.

The CRADLE team presented at 19 conferences across 2017, including the International Conference on Assessment in Higher Education (Manchester, UK), EARLI 2017 (Tampere, Finland), HERDSA (Sydney, Australia) and the vast AERA Annual Meeting (San Antonio, US). The team also gave 19 workshops and six invited presentations, and acted as discussants and panel members at a number of symposia and panel events. A further highlight of CRADLE’s 2017 calendar took place in October, with the second annual international CRADLE Symposium, ‘Re-imagining assessment in a digital world‘.
