Please ensure you have named your files accordingly before starting to enter (see Upload details below).

Entry form will include:

Entrant’s information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postal address

Enter 1 file only

Title your submission files like this:

Surname.jpg

Surname.mp4

Please note: Ensure you have renamed your files to start with your surname on your computer before starting your online submission.

Include up to 50 words about the discipline you work, the work and its title.

 

SPECS:

  • Visual Art and Photography – 1 image only; Image/s must be supplied as JPEG file/s – 72 DPI and 1600 pixels at the widest side. Maximum file size when uploading is 9.5 MB
  • Dance and Performance – video up to 1 minute only – Video/s must be supplied as MP4 files – maximum file size 9.5MB
