Need to know more about survey/data capture platforms?
Hacky Hour is back to help!
Hacky Hour is a periodic meetup that serves as a relaxed and social environment where students and researchers can share their ideas, problems and requests for help and on-going support, and work collaboratively in overcoming research challenges pertaining to programming, data, digital tools, and publishing.
The theme for February is “Survey Platforms @ Deakin“
At Deakin University, the two major survey / data capture platforms are (1) Qualtrics and (2) REDCap, each with their own strengths and special features for addressing different research needs and designs. We will be providing mini-demos on some of the handy features; consultation to help you get started on your project and ongoing support to help keep things under control. Come join us if you wish to learn more about these fantastic tools and apply them in your research, troubleshoot or get hands-on support.
In addition to getting your survey / data capture needs sorted, our team is also happy to provide help and consultation on
- Programming
- Research Data Management and Storage
- Research Methods and Design
- Survey Development
- Data Manipulation and Analytics, and more
